Our school has just achieved the Health Promoting School Award 2016.

St. Joseph's NS, Killenummery has become the first primary school in Leitrim to be presented with the Healthy Ireland 'Health Promoting Schools' Flag'!!! Well done to all!

Throughout the years the children have worked on improving physical health and diet through Active Flag, Food Dudes and Green Schools. We put a huge focus on mental health as it is such an important part of overall health and wellbeing.
